Our rooms and apartments are located across two distinct parts of the farmhouse. The main building hosts the restaurant, reception and the larger rooms; the second building, immersed in silence, sits about 100 metres lower and can be reached with a short walk uphill.

Main building rooms

Close to the restaurant and reception

The rooms in the main building are located near the restaurant and reception.

A1 – Ape Regina

The largest and most panoramic room, ideal for families or couples who want extra space. It features exposed beams and stoneware flooring.

It includes a double bed, a single bed, a large sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a balcony with mountain views. Set in an elevated position, it offers quiet, relaxation, and a beautiful view over the valley.

A2 – Alveare

Quadruple room ideal for families, located in the attic with exposed beams and olive-wood flooring. Warm and welcoming.

It includes a double bed, bunk bed, private bathroom with shower, and balcony with mountain views.

A3 – Sciame

Triple room ideal for families or couples, located in the attic with exposed beams and olive-wood flooring. Compact, yet romantic and welcoming.

It includes a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom with shower.

A4 – I Fuchi

Spacious double room. It overlooks a large outdoor area with a marble table and chairs.

Second building rooms

Stone houses, calm and silence

The second building, immersed in quiet, is about 100 metres below the main building and restaurant, both reachable with a short uphill walk.

B1 – Pappa Reale

Triple room with exposed-beam ceiling and stoneware flooring. Warm and welcoming.

It includes a double bed, single bed, private bathroom with bathtub, and balcony with mountain views.

Compact yet functional spaces for guests who want extra independence without giving up the farmhouse atmosphere.

B3 – Studio

Studio apartment with exposed beams and stoneware flooring.

It includes a double bed, single bed, large wardrobe, kitchenette wall with sink, cooktop, standard oven and small fridge, table, and private bathroom with shower. The shared outdoor area has a large gazebo with table.

B5 – Two-level apartment

Two-level apartment with an entrance area on the lower level, kitchenette wall with sink, cooktop, small fridge, and table, plus bathroom; upstairs, a bedroom with exposed beams and wood flooring.

It is compact but distinctive, romantic, and welcoming. It includes a double bed, small kitchen, and private bathroom with shower. The shared outdoor area has a sun umbrella and table.

Please note: the internal staircase is quite steep and may not be suitable for elderly guests, small children, or pets.
